STORGY Magazine welcomes unsolicited submissions from published and unpublished authors. We are looking for literary short fiction, particularly short stories which challenge literary conventions and experiment with genre, style, form and content. We consider all genres and welcome all submissions.

FLASH FICTION

STORGY Magazine welcomes unsolicited submissions from published and unpublished authors. We offer two Flash Fiction submission options; one story entry and three story entry. We consider all genres and welcome all submissions.

NON-FICTION

STORGY Magazine welcomes informed essays that attempt to place their subjects against a broad perspective, including, but not limited to; personal essays, memoir, literary journalism, travel narratives, etc. The ideal essay is a provocative, thesis-oriented work that can engage both the general reader and the specialist.

STORGY Magazine accepts submissions throughout the year.

STORGY Magazine Writers' Guidelines: 

Please submit only one story or essay (five-thousand-word limit) at a time. Multiple submissions will not be read. We endeavour to respond within six weeks, however, in some cases this period may be longer. Please wait until you hear back from us before submitting new work for consideration. 

STORGY Magazine does accept simultaneous submissions. In the event that the work is accepted for publication elsewhere, please inform us promptly. 

Only previously unpublished works will be considered for publication. 

Cover letters should include; title of the work, author name, word count, brief bio, and publication history (if applicable).
